Why would she have to model her character after anyone at all? Who do you think she modeled Sophie in Sophie's choice from? She's an actress, she doesn't always play in biopics, she can pretty much come up with a character from a script without having to study tapes of existing people to imitate them.

the big pearls were surely emplying barbra bush, and the film timing was surely targeting the bushes, although in the movie it seems like she is from the democratic party. but there is some of hilary too after the scandle when she revieled her bitchy side.

Disagree about her being a Democrat. They make a point of showing that her and her son's politics are not necessarily aligned and in her first scene where the VP appointment is being negotiated she makes mocking remarks about war doves that are often ascribed to Republicans.

that's stupid. barbara bush was a behind the scene, feeble kind of character with no power. clinton's the one able to keep her scumbag husband after he had sex with numerous other women, mostly interns, for her political career.

you are deluded, the first ladies are the real rulers, women dominated the earth for the last one million years, we are their slaves.

First Ladies have no power over anything; neither does the "President". Women haven't dominated squat.

To me she is obviously modeling Hilary. Even the hairdo. I mean who else in Washington do you know who wants to be President?

She modeled her performance after her own Illuminati handler. She's always kept her performances close to home since it's what she knows best.

I got a different vibe by her performance; not at all contemporary.
Julia Agrippina, aka Agrippina the Younger, aka Emperor Nero's mother.
Power struggle, control, a touch of incest I don't know, that's what came to mind.
