Favorite Cold Case Episode

Spiders
First off I love how the title, which although is the name of one character, is plural. It's a subtle hint given that the episode is going to have its share of monsters, and it delivered.
Also I liked that for once, the killer didn't do it by accident or a flash of rage that passed and would regret they ever did it. No, this one was proud of what they did and would do it again if given the chance.
This was also one of the saddest because at the end of it all, no one cared that the victim got justice. Sure there was the lawyer that showed up in the montage, but she was hardly active in the ingestigation aside from starting it being about the father. The ghost had no one to appear to but Lily.
And so Governor Devlin, because even the cost of freedom can be too high, I REFUSE your pardon! -

It's not unual for the "ghosts" to appear to one of the detectives but yes it's always sad when it mainly them that cares.
One thing about Spiders I liked is that all the bad guys went down including the girls dad. -

I'm new to Cold Case and I haven't seen all that many episodes, just the re-runs they used to show while I was living in Spain last year (and they never showed them in order!!). My favourites, of the ones I have seen are probably Forever Blue, the Red and the Blue, and that one about the kid who wanted to be a dancer.
Gene Hunt: She's as nervous as a very small nun at a penguin shoot -

A few of my favorites are
Saving Patrick Bubley-It ALWAYS makes me cry. Death Penalty: Final Appeal-Also made me cry. And Stalker-that one was very intense, LOTS going on with the detectives and the cold case. -

Episode 3:20, "Death Penalty: Final Appeal" I can't get through that one without crying, no matter how many times I see it. The final song, "Hallelujah", with the accompanying montage, just does me in.
Otherwise, there are just too many good ones to choose from. -

I have a lot of favorite episodes, and its hard to name them all. But ranking pretty high on my list is "The Road". I just re-watched it tonight.
Part of the reason I love this episode is because of how
Brenda refused to give up hope, no matter how hard John Smith tried to break her.
It was hard to watch
the other women lose all hope, and I cried a lot when I saw that little girl looking at her mother on the TV screen
Also love "Fireflies". Especially
the reunion between the two best friends.
Guess Im a sucker for somewhat happy endings
