Melanie Lynskey! She's a Kiwi and she's been in some great things. Heavenly Creatures, - Peter Jackson's film about the two teenage girls who committed murder in NZ. Rose Red ( The Stephen King Miniseries) and a lot of other worthwhile stuff.

I saw a version of Rose Red a long time ago which was actually quite enjoyable but I don't suppose it'sthe version you mean. I think she was in Castle Rock? I couldn't get into that unfortunately.
She's also great in Yellowjackets.

Yes, she was in Castle Rock. Rose Red was about a haunted house and I thought it was excellent. I think Melanie married one of her co-stars from it!
