    AntiChrist
    Requiem for a Dream
    The Woodsman
    Martyrs
I do believe that every one of these films should be viewed at least once, because they each offer a very unique viewing experience, but all share one common trait: your soul will feel like it's been shredded.
You tore off one of my chests!

This and 'Leaving Las Vegas' I have actually seen the latter multiple times, but have no desire to watch it again EVER.

I will not watch 'Irreversible' or 'Salo: The 120 Days of Sodom' again. I thought both films were well-made, and I actually recommend Irreversible to my friends with edgier cinematic tastes. 'Salo,' however, maintains such an air of discomfort, tension, and general unpleasantness that I really can't recommend it to anyone. But if you've heard of it and are curious, by all means dive in. Just make sure you get the double-disc Criterion editionthe second disc is very illuminating.
When I first saw 'Precious' it bothered me so greatly I couldn't sleep the night I saw it and was sure I wouldn't see it again. Took 3 months but I did see it again and it's now one of my favorites.

No one could talk into me into rewatching 'Irreversible'. A friend of mine I was watching it with starting shaking during the rape scene. I understand the point of the movie and I think it's clever but at the same time I think it's hostile towards the audience and ultimately unenlightening. The message is far from subtle and even rather stupid. "Time ruins everything" (or something like that) it declares, stating the message blatantly for those who might have missed it. This is the equivalent of saying beep the world'. Sorry to rant but I really disliked that movie.
'Salo' also scarred me but I don't feel that it is hostile towards the audience. Rather I think it's a very sincere expression of frustration with mankind's capacity for evil and the commodification of the human body. It's a tough one to recommend but it certainly leaves an impact.

Here are a few to twist the soul and darken the mind. But FIRST
Seek forgiveness from your perspective God(s) for what you are about to do Watch and enjoy Then seek forgiveness again!
Though OOP, I HIGHLY suggest you find them!

              1. Reflecting Skins
              2. Closet Land (***DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT look up info on Closet Land, just find it and watch it!!!)
                Other soul twisters:
              3. Tidelands
              4. Subcutaneous Cruelty
              5. Devils Backbone
              6. Session 9
                And for some HARD CORE:
              7. Storm Warning
*** I will again reiterate, do not look up the details of Closet Land for it will only go to spoil the very essence of what makes the movie!!! I am NOT kidding with this!!!

There are some Bertolucci films I enjoyed but don't really have any desire to watch again.

                    Requiem for a Dream
Watched it once & was crying as well as speechless for the rest of the evening.
                    Ken Park
I have it on my computer and I cannot bring myself to watch it again.
                    Irreversible
Brother let me borrow it and once is definitely enough for me.
                    Garden of the Night
Far too depressing for me to ever watch again.

If any, the only films I wouldn't want to watch again for a while are Idi I Smotri and The Gateway Meat.

Not for the main reason a lot of other people wouldn't watch it in the first place.
The scene where Ennis is seeing in his mind what might have really happened to Jack was a disturbing scene for me.

I watched A.I. and it made me cry, and yet for the same reason that I had watched it repeatedly even in a relatively short period of time, so I don't understand why everyone avoids the 'emotionally draining' movies.
As for me its Mulholland Dr.. I had enough with the confusion and decided to settle for a rather vague personal interpretation.

No one is going to say "Boys Don't Cry"? Mysterious Skin, yes. Requiem, yes. But this is the only film I KNOW I can't see again. Things get to intense for me by the end.

Well i could NEVER watch The Boys of St. Vincent or Song for a Raggy Boy again.
I would like to see OLDBOY again but i can't get myself to do so.
I like to watch intense films againto get them out of my sistem. Otherwise they stay in my head for months

The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas was absolutely traumatizing. I felt sick to my stomach after. I don't think I could handle watching that movie again, not that I would need to as it left such a strong impression.
It is definitely a must see, but I think you would have to be completely desensitized to not be affected by it.
