Scandianavia is SOURCE for the black metal. We kind of have to represent! Just because it came from here. Dead was Swedish, went to Norway, became part of Mayhem, BLEW HIS BRAINS OUT, and the rest is history.

It (black metal) is not my thing, but Gåte is (like I posted) considered great in its own genre(s).
It seems that the internet thinks Norway only makes black metal, so I made this video to show the world we got some great bands in the slightly less black genre as well! Despite of this, I really didn't feel like I had a choice for my #1. I found no way around it
