For those that even enjoy this piece of beep I have one question. How in all hell can you even get past the incredibly horrible acting? I rarely ever say this but I completely regret even wasting my time with this. I should've known from the first 20minutes alone what this was going to be but I expected it to get better. It only got worse, much worse.

You obviously haven't seen any Rosie O'Donnell films.

This movie rocked. You people that say your divers should be hit most by it since this situation has happened before. I don't care how much you dive, you cannot say that being left for 2 days in shark infested waters isn't your worst nightmare. It wasn't made to awe you with acting or SE. It was just made naturally , and the way it was filmed was totally realistic. No cheap scares or jump out camera tricks. If you like cinema then you should appreciate this fairly short film. It was the scariest horror / FF film I've seen. Way better than the BWP which had the most annoying characters , and cheap BS jump scares. Also despite what many idiots may think, it is NOT real. Open Water was great and achieved everything it set out to do.

Thank you for telling us what our opinion should be, according to you. The next time I want to make a decision about a movie, I will defer to you first. I also love the way you used name calling to ridicule anyone who didn't like the movie. This shows a great maturity and rational thinking.

I thought the acting was fine. Remember they used real sharks so I believe some of the reactions from the actors were genuine.
