    The movie cut off in the last moments as I was recording it so didn't get to see that part. What was the purpose of that part with the shark? Was it to show that it had eaten them up or something?

      They (the people cutting open the shark) find the couple's yellow camera inside the shark.

        Also one of the Onlookers remarks "Wow look at that wonder if it still works. Guess they will eat anything." Chilling and ironic.
