let's share the truth here, Lady Killers was its original name but was changed because of Tom Hank's movie - by the same name that came out this year.
so they had to changed it, but i think "gold diggers" fits this movie better anyways

"Lady Killers" couldn't have been the title, at least not without severe copyright infringement. The Tom Hanks remake was just that, a remake. The original has been out for more than 50 years, and starred one Sir Alec Guiness of Obi-Wan fame. If that was supposed to be its original name, the writers/producers didn't do their research.

It's a National Lampoons movie, what do you expect? It's all f*ked up.

You can't copyright a title. You can trademark one.

National Lampoon has sucked since the creators (originally from the Harvard Lampoon) sold the name. I think that's ever since Vegas Vacation. Or maybe van wilder. not sure. But Animal House, Caddyshack, and the original "Vacation" movies were all hilarious in my opinion.
Speaking of trademarks, that's the only thing this movie's got going for it.

Not to be a nitpicker, but Caddyshack wasn't a National Lampoon movie.

Vegas Vacation wasnt a National Lampoon movie either. Notice how its just called Vegas Vacation, and not National Lampoon's Vegas Vacation. The last NL vacation movie was Christmas Vacation.

It's like how both Steven Segal and Mel Gibson were both in a movie called "The Patriot." Same name, nothing to do with each other.
