I'm glad it wasn't just me - I watched this tonight and I could barely understand a word that guy was saying. I actually had to switch on subtitles.
These people get paid to talk, so they could at least do their jobs properly. Mumbling incoherently does not equate with good character portrayal. It's just exasperating, especially in a movie with a convoluted plot.
