So I just re-watched this movie last night and I noticed something that I never picked up on before. When we are first reintroduced to Marcus and he kills Kraven and his men I noticed that his Hybrid features look completely different from the rest of the movie. He still has the bat wings and the greyish skin, however his face is more human and he sort of looks like the Creeper from Jeepers Creepers. The next time we see Marcus is in the safe house, however now he has full on bat features for his face.
Has there ever been an official reason behind this? Because since Marcus already is a Vampire, shouldn't he already look like a bat once he becomes a Hybrid?

I hadn't noticed. However, I assume it was because Markus had not fully regenerated when he killed Kraven and maybe still reacting to the lycan virus. He had only been feeding on the few pints of blood that had dripped into his coffin. As the movie progresses, Markus is feeding off horses.

It's possible that, after the initially transformation, the body grows into it some more afterwards. Remember Michael's hybrid forms' facial features in the first movie compared to them in the the second.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that the next time I rewatch this movie.
