OK, so this isn't a line, but the absolutely, positively best scene in the film is Hellboy & Abe Sapiens singing

Last time it was on TV, my 79-year-old mum watched it with me, and we sang along together when it's played over the closing credits.

So many great lines, but my favorite (great delivery by pearlman) is wher Liz tells hellboy hes going to be a father, and he says "Ive became father?"

Now, of course, the "Can't Smile Without You" scene is full of great one liners, but my personal fave is after Abe talks of his body being a temple and HB just says: "No, it's an amusement park."
