I wish they would show campier, schlockier movies, such as Frankenstein's Daughter, Tormented or Teenagers From Outer Space. I discovered Svengoolie about 3 years ago on MeTV and after the first year of watching, I noticed there was a serious lack of schlock and cheese. Apparently, according to the schedule, they did show King Kong Escapes a couple of times, but for some reason a different episode was shown on both of those nights. I think they should try mixing in some cheesy, schlocky stuff in with the Universal and Hammer films. Just an idea

I agree ! They should play newer movies too. They're some real awful horror movies that came out recently that they can definitely make jokes out of ! I do like the black and white old ones the most but having a newer one every once and a while would be great ! Or a sci-fi-horror movie as well.

There are a lot of bits in Frankenstein's Daughter they could make fun ofit would be hysterical to see Sven as the built-like-a-brick-house monster or an extraterretrial juvenile deliquent from outer space!!

Oh I totally agree with you. I would love Sven to incorporate some alien movies in the show. Even the Tom Cruise movie War of the Worlds would be great. They're are some silly outer space movies I would love him to make fun of

Yes. For a while, he kind of had a contract with Full Moon Productions, which used to make real
ultra-schlock
. Now they have a contract with Universal, although some of the movies shown are not from that studio (like "The Monster and the Girl" and "Island of Lost Souls"). But I really miss the "good" bad movies.
