How has your fifth of November gone so far?

Oh, I can't remember - all I know is that the whole thing was sweet, even the cranberries and they are bitter little things normally.
The company was great and I enjoyed myself but I'm in no rush to eat a traditional Thanksgiving meal again anytime soon

Pretty quiet in my neck of the woods, but elsewhere in the country it was as bad as it always is at this time of year. A house burned down, for instance. I feel bad for the animals having to endure this human revelry.

As for the animals NZer, not much can be done with fireworks or lightning storms - but we can minimise what we can with them
