I cooked a curry, went for a walk, visited two separate sets of fireworks displays and am now settling in for the night.

Oh, I can't remember - all I know is that the whole thing was sweet, even the cranberries and they are bitter little things normally.
The company was great and I enjoyed myself but I'm in no rush to eat a traditional Thanksgiving meal again anytime soon

Pretty quiet in my neck of the woods, but elsewhere in the country it was as bad as it always is at this time of year. A house burned down, for instance. I feel bad for the animals having to endure this human revelry.

Smoke. And not all of it in a day; I'm not Danny Brown (unfortunately). But Northern Lights, which is cool - haven't seen it in years, and I hear Creed and Dwight in my head every time I look at the name. Bliss
