-During Evie's torture scene, there were supposedly different men (one at a time) interacting with her, were they all voiced by Hugo?

No one knowslikely he was deemed an "Undesirable" by the government. He could've been a political activist, gay, outspoken/critical of the government, a Muslim, etc.
