Oh yes so he has! He loves getting his merch doesn’t he.
I haven’t watched any Who videos since the last series ended, but it would appear that a third ‘season’ is currently in doubt so that Russell will have to stop mucking about and start taking it more seriously with series 2.
Perhaps he should play TGYH for some inspiration.

I just got an update out of nowhere with the Tharries video as I tend to keep myself away from rumours and stuff (Unless they're everywhere in the mainstream media) but when I saw his helmet I thought you'd like to know about it.

I’ve been thinking, perhaps Tharries can go to the Oasis concert with Ricky. They’re both huge Doctor Who fans and they would get on really well.
