20 minutes ago that would have all sounded like a great idea and I would have been bang up for it.
But I’ve just watched Tharries’s review.
It’s left me with a very deflated feeling. Why is the number one Whoover of all time not right there with the rest of us loving and being on a high over this finale?
Why is there always that one stick in the mud who has to spoil it for all?!!
I bet that he wanted it to be all action none stop and thought that remarkably touching scene with the woman and dead baby was ‘too long’ and ‘boring’.
He wanted Sue Tech to have done something…Does he not get that Sue Tech had been planning all of this for 50 years?!! He was playing the LONG GAME!!!
I’m going to leave a nasty message on his video. 🥊

I'm sure he was just overwhelmed with it all Ricky
Give him a couple of days to calm down and reflect on it and he'll be fine no doubt.
He was as excited as you were and when expectations are so high it's easy to be let down.
He really liked the special FX and said they were almost as good as Marvel and Star Wars
Both of those brands are doing fantastic under Disney and so I'm sure it's nothing to worry about

Yes you’re right. Disney knows what they are doing and so does Russell, who has been doing Doctor Who now for a long number of years. The show will be fine and it has never been more loved than it is right now as we both know…so why does Tharries need to dampen our moods like that
There is always one naysaying voice with that bizarre need to be so contrary.
Anyway I have left a nasty comment on his video…but not TOO nasty as I imagine that he’ll be getting called all sorts in the comment section by Whoovers. I didn’t read any of the comments but I’m betting it’s very brutal. 😬

Well, take heart Ricky. After reading what you said I went and checked out his Twitter and he's still as much of a fan as he's always been. Even hating on people who didn't like The Beast Below because Moffat ways it's the only story that he regrets writing
It was a temporary bump on the long road that all Whoovers have to sweep

I also checked his X account just now and it would appear that he is fighting the good fight for Whoovers everywhere. Gee whizz I wish he would make his mind up! He also seems to be quite happy that Doctor Who is scoring well with the under 35 demographic and I have no idea why, it’s the under 12’s demographic that they should be chasing!

So hit those rehearsals disguised as Bobby and flatter everyone with your knowledge of Doctor Who and how you may be their chance to get in the good favours of all those celebrity types who could get their career started Ricky
              Tharries provides!

Yeah that isn’t going to work, Siggy. In times past Bobby hasn’t felt bothered about attending rehearsals that day and has sent me there in his stead. He’s gone back there the next week and the rest of the ensemble (the main cast won’t notice one way or the other 🙄) have all asked him where he was the previous week and was he not feeling very well.
Same with the driving lessons. Bobby doesn’t feel like doing his lesson some mornings, sends me, I sit in the car and his instructor is still honking his horn with an anguished face with tears in his eyes…like I’m not even there!!

                  That's awful Ricky!
But how did your manage to go out to those charity shops and bring things back when Bobby was talking to me online if you have issues materialising with the rehearsals and the driving instructor?
