Oh yes indeed, Batman was always my second favourite character. After Spider-Man of course.
Though Batman did have the best variety of comics. Shadow of the Bat, Legends of the Dark Knight. there was something for everyone!
FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

I really enjoyed it too. I have to say though, I came in with really low expectations after the trailer. I almost wasn't going to watch it because I thought it would be so bland and boring.
Quite a few genuinely funny moments that made me laugh. Loved when Capaldi scared the villains using CCTV. Loved the horrific Mr. Huffle squeezy toy. Love when the villain says "This is far from over" and the Doctor instantly shuts him down.
I just keep forgetting how funny Capaldi is and I remember every time he is back on the screens again. His comedic timing is unmatched. -

I think his humour is so effective because he's not so over the top most of the time like eleventh and tenth Doctor and you expect him to be subtle but then he suddenly brings snacks in to spy mission. Similar to nine in that aspect.

The whole Mr. Huff let bit was hilarious.
I also liked teen!Grant and his x-ray vision and the Doctor having to guide him back into his seat when he started floating up.
And the Doctor's line about getting a cold every Christmasand sometimes an invasion.
Yeah, I don't normally rewatch episodes but I might tonight.
What do we want?
Time travel!
When do we want it?
It's irrelevant!
