when Andy goes to hit on the woman and the bottle of fizzy water explodes so he stuffs it into his mouth to stop it from spilling. I almost died laughing. Funniest thing I've seen on t.v. since Arrested Development was canceled.
did he just say it was a huge lion? -

one of the funniest moments everwithout a doubt.
matter of fact, i had just picked myself up off the floor after laughing myself silly during that scene. hbo ran an "extras" marathon, and that episode was later in the marathon. it was not the first time i'd seen the episode (or the scene), though. i do remember the first time i saw it: my knees buckled, and i hit the floor laughing then, too. when that water explodes from the bottle, and he has shove it into his mouth, while trying to look cool in front of her (l.o.l.)

Yes Everything about the agent is funny, from his name which is so suited to his character, to his funny face and expressions, to his brilliant comic timing, like the quick cut to Darren leaning in to a spot of Muffin. Brilliant. You've got Andy's non plussed deadpan expression juxtaposed against this grinning cartoon, puppet face nobbling at a cake. Wonderful timing, beautiful direction.

Way to many but im gonna have to pick 2. The part where the agent is getting a phone call in the office and andy is there. Instead of him just picking up the call regulary he has to use his ear pieace and by the time he gets the call the phone hangs up. Also the part where Andy is tryna impress his friends that he can talk to women and the water bottle explodes in his mouth i swear i couldnt breath from laughing so damn much. So many more though

Yeah, there were many moments I laughed out loud but THIS one just almost killed me.
Brilliant series all in all anyway. -

I'm very fond of the scene where Andy shakes extra pepper into his soup before plopping his face in it.
I also loved Patrick Stewart's guest appearance: " . . . and her clothes come off, but before she can pull them on again, I've seen everything. Everything." Hee! -

Every time Andy rolled his eyes and said "For f- sake" was great90% of those times where with his agent.
But funnies scene by far was when his agent couldn't understand that the US was 8 hours behind the UK

When Andy is preparing for Ian McKellen's play and Ian comes into the dressing room and starts talking about the kiss at the end of the play. Andy explains he has a cold-sore and can't do the kiss so McKellen opens the door and loudly calls for some "Vasoline!" with Andy's mates right outside the door after they were telling him that everyone thought he was bent(gay). I had to pause it so I could compose myself and finish the episode. Seriously, how did I not watch this show sooner. Ricky Gervais is a comedic genius.

That was my favorite as well, as many times as Andy tried to explain the time difference. When darren starts counting on his other hand for counting "down" is just perfect.
"My Dark Passenger is like a trapped coal miner always tapping."
