What was the general reaction to the whole Ted Victoria and Robin situation in S1E18?
Rewatching it now, it's all so frustrating. Ted's an utter douche.
I really liked Ted and Victoria together but when he lied about them breaking up I really hoped he would loose both Robin and Victoria.
Victoria was Ted's most popular ex as voted by fans (I think I read it somewhere, correct me if I'm wrong), but that did come straight off the back of her initial appearances? Or did the fondness for the character and relationship build as the show progresses? -

I liked Victoria re-showing up and saying that Ted, Barney, and Robin hanging out together wouldn't work.
But then she came back again, ignored what she had said, then pulled a Stella (although this was never any big deal) and then was desperate to get married (what the random) THEN after Ted proposed she suddenly thinks Robin is a problem again, although she didn't feel like mentioning it when they got back together.
SO SO poorly written plot device, and so unfortunate because she was so likeable season 1.Consider the daffodil. And while you're doing that I'll be over here looking through your stuff.
