…and keeping normal Americans out without a bachelor's degree or 2nd language get by with good social services? I don't have enough money for much food, here, and the food in Europe is better quality, it seems, probably for a base price.

Yes, but I know I can't without enough money or knowing the language, in Germany's case having a Bachelor's degree or having parents to support me in college?

If college supported by parents, probably need to be just starting out when all the interest's to the student and there is more attention to giving them scholarships and financial aid?

I guess that those of you with government money or money from parents who passed away without spending it all on their own medical bills like mine have full coverage, unlike me straddling on budgeting.

I read in Germany those in need can be paid to live for free, I'm guessing the equivalent of around $4K/month in the U.S. or $3K a the lowest.
