Ant-Man was the best movie of July that's for certain.

It's August and it's still the best film currently at the theater.
        Poor poor Fantastic Four.

I wonder if Fox will ever admit it when they are wrong?

Just got back from seeing it yet again and I really enjoyed it. It felt different from all the other Marvel movies but also helped expand it so much. I NEED a sequel. I loved how much history was in the movie. Maybe ,ore episodes of Peggy Carter will hold me over?

I actually watched this in many venues. I love the crowd reactions in larger theatres. Everyone was roaring with laughter at all the right times. It sounded like a laugh track it was that loud.

On a side note, those Collider guys rate it a 9/10 and praise everything about it. Are some people afraid to give comic book films a 10/10 rating because of what they are based on? Does the source material mean people can't vote a 10/10 because that rating is reserved for "real" movies like The Godfather and whatnot???

We need Marvel today more than ever. MTV now promotes racial hatred, the advocacy for all white Americans to self-loathe due to their guilt of genetic white privilege. The traditional role of families, a sense of community through schools and churches, of comradery and in general, the desire for liberty are not merely discouraged, but often outlawed, to be met by the myriad federal bureaucracies wrath through persecution and incarceration. And there are no longer measurable differences between Left and Right. We are now prohibited from identifying what is wrong from the establishments definition of right.

Agent Phil Coulson is back, eager to form a specialized team of individuals to brave the post-Battle of New York world. He believes this small team of regular people, when working together, can make just as much of a difference as those with super powers.

Lang is a burglar with a background in electronic engineering, and unlike his major Avengers contemporaries, hes a family man too, albeit his daughter lives with his ex-wife. Fresh out of prison for stealing millions from a crooked organization, Lang gets pulled into a new job by his buddy Luis which leads him to Pym and the Ant-Man suit. Pym is in need of someone with Langs skills to infiltrate his former company, now run by his ruthless former protege Darren Cross, who is on the verge of a breakthrough in his attempts to replicate Pyms shrinking technology.

Rudd was a key but not the key. THE key was a perfect script. Since he helped write it, more power to him.

Rarely have I enjoyed a movie this much late in the summer. Usually everything I love hits pre-July 4th. When was the last film this good released after July 4?
