One of the best moments is an encounter with one of the Avengers (Anthony Mackie's Falcon), which offers a strong hint about how Ant-Man can liven up the Avengers franchise as a whole. The after credits scene confirms it.

Had an absolute BLAST. It's easily one of the better Marvel solo films. TWS and Avengers are tops but Ant Man is right below them. Was so much fun, the action and humor were great.
Reed did an amazing job, if there's a sequel I hope they get him to do it. -

Every person in the theater was laughing and smiling all the way through every showing of Ant-Man. What does that tell you?

Over the last seven years, Marvel has filled its cinematic universe with larger-than-life heroes and villains. A super soldier from another time, highly trained S.H.I.E.L.D agents, a staggeringly brilliant billionaire, an unstoppable giant rage monster, and a God make up their collective Avengers team. So it is with great curiosity that weve anticipated the arrival of Earths Tiniest Hero.
That we have. -

Paul Rudd is extremely likeable and has a great screen presence in his first major leading role. He brings his signature deadpan humor to the role and gets most of the laughs, especially trying the Ant-Man suit on for the first time. He is also a character you can easily route for, a desperate father trying to do right in order to keep custody of his daughter.

Ant-Man is its own film, wonderful and funny but refreshingly simple. Like all great heist movies, a massive amount of screen time is dedicated to hashing out a plan and then finally watching it fall apart, forcing our hero to make it up as he goes along, and resulting in an eclectic finale that is both amazing and satisfying.

The first Dr. Strange teaser was kind of underwhelming. I'm betting the full trailer will be better.

I was right as usual. The trailer was awesome and all the ads are delivering. Went from "meh" to super excited for Dr. Strange.
