i thought it was one of the most heartbreaking scenes ever in a movie.the "so hardcore combo" opens up his heart to the one and only person that seems to have feelings for and OUCH!!!!the acting was brilliant both of them were stunning but it broke my heart anyway.why do you thing lol was so cruel to him? i don't recall anything being memntioned about the relationship between the two of them before combo's imprisonment.it is obvious that he trully loved her(watching her leaving woody's apartment hiding behind that tree and crying)and he proved it in the
'86 series.why do you thing she despised him? -

Lol dislikes Combo because he took advantage of/raped her when she was very drunk (possibly blacked out) and 16. She tells him in the car that it was the worst night of her life and she tries to forget about it. I don't think there is much reason to be heartbroken over Combo at that point.
