Do you think the Spanish teacher felt any remorse when he learned his cousin the cop was murdered? It started with his inappropriate remark, which led to the cop not being on his game when it came to believing Kale.

He should for his remark. His remark led to the unprofessional behavior of his cousin, and in my opinion, the cop wasn't on his game until too late, which costs him his life.

yes he should for his remark and nothing else . His remark had nothing to do with the fact there was a serial killer. Also his cousin should have known better than to let it interfere in his job, it was the cousin's own stupidity, not the teacher.

How was the cousin "not on his game"? Because he took too long to respond to the call and was eating his burger instead? Not good, but he didn't exactly deserve to die because of that!

Strange noises, a house obviously broken into, a teen making many accusations that the homeowner involved is a serial killer, etc. All that involved, and you wait until you're well into the house (and the homeowner is nowhere to be found after signs of a struggle) to get on your radio??? He was obviously suspicious enough to pull his gun, so why wouldn't you inform your base that you're moving into a suspicious scene?
Also, he obviously didn't check the corners. This guy was all over the scene like white on rice (inexplicably) within seconds of Kale leaving the perimeter, but he takes exception to the one time it matters. Because, you knowHollywood.
