I just watched this off of the internet and the sound quality wasn't the best, so I missed some important dialogue.
What did Jigsaw say to Amanda after she shot Lynn?

That he was testing her, and she failed. He knew her traps were unbeatable and he wanted to see if she'd allow someone to live, but she didn't so she payed the price.
