    Cyborg was okay. The depiction of 'madness' as humorous eccentricities sets the hyperbolic tone of the film. That includes the over-acting.
    There is a sweet romance story.
    For me, there is a similar romance story and a better movie: the Australian film, Griff the Invisible. It also contains a delusional main character and an admirer who must negotiate those delusions. Of course, the outside world is hostile. It's a lovely, somewhat similar movie. If you like Cyborg, you'll probably like Griff.

      You also have to realize that there's a HUGE stigma regarding mental illness in Korea. Calling someone "nuts" or "insane" in America is a casual insult. It is a very SERIOUS comment over there. Chew on that while watching the film. See if it changes the way you see things.
