A few days ago, Brian Stelter, writing in Vox, asked, "Did the Media Botch the Biden Age Story?"
"As someone who has, for years now, been roasting the poor coverage of this very thing, this writer sees the answer to that as rather screamingly obvious. To put it bluntly, the refusal of the corporate press to treat this matter in a responsible manner is a catastrophic and long-running journalistic failure that has been a major contributor to a crisis that presently threatens to upend the republic. Stelter, who admits he’s been doing some soul-searching on how he, himself, handled this in the past, tries to massage the issue–or, if one is feeling less charitable, to muddle it–in such a way that it looks less bad for journalism. His central thesis is somewhat defensible but he’s working overtime to soft-pedal it, which is a rather odd choice considering that the core of his thesis is that the press should have been tougher."

He's Hillary's age. He won't be Biden's age for four more years and by then he wouldn't be president.
Biden's brain wasn't working four years ago. He was put in there so whoever is really controlling the country could get away with the **** they've been doing the past four years to start wars and destroy the country from within.
The media covered for Joe the whole time knowing he was unfit for President.
Now they are ****ting themselves because they are big trouble now.

Trump is irrelevant to this question and given that he's really obviously in far better cognitive shape than Biden, that isn't a road people should be overly anxious to go down (the problem with Trump is the protofascism). Biden shouldn't be president. He never should have been elected, never should have been the 2020 Dem nominee and if this (and other) issues had ever been treated responsibly, he wouldn't have been.

Look, having nuclear — my uncle was a great professor and scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at MIT; good genes, very good genes, OK, very smart, the Wharton School of Finance, very good, very smart — you know, if you're a conservative Republican, if I were a liberal, if, like, OK, if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would say I'm one of the smartest people anywhere in the world — it's true! — but when you're a conservative Republican they try — oh, do they do a number — that's why I always start off: Went to Wharton, was a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortune — you know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because we're a little disadvantaged — but you look at the nuclear deal, the thing that really bothers me — it would have been so easy, and it's not as important as these lives are — nuclear is so powerful; my uncle explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was 35 years ago; he would explain the power of what's going to happen and he was right, who would have thought? — but when you look at what's going on with the four prisoners — now it used to be three, now it's four — but when it was three and even now, I would have said it's all in the messenger; fellas, and it is fellas because, you know, they don't, they haven't figured that the women are smarter right now than the men, so, you know, it's gonna take them about another 150 years — but the Persians are great negotiators, the Iranians are great negotiators, so, and they, they just killed, they just killed us, this is horrible.

Donald Trump is nearly the same age as Joe Biden and also displays signs of cognitive impairment. In 4 years he could be in the same state as Biden or worse. Also worth noting is his dad had dementia and it can run in families. If the concern about Biden is about age and his mental fitness then the media should be asking the same questions about Trump.

The concern with Biden isn't about "age," though that's how it's most often carelessly expressed. It's about his cognitive impairment, something Biden has dramatically displayed for 5 years now but that Trump isn't displaying on any scale even remotely approximate.
