Hell no. If I found a million dollars of lost drug money, or even ten thousand dollars of lost drug money, I would take it in a heartbeat. If I find any abandoned stash of money or drugs I will happily take it for myself, although I wouldn't mind sharing the wealth with a few friends and family.
There is no "right thing to do", because either way, that money will end up going to somebody sooner or later, that somebody might as well be me. You know what they say, finders keepers.

You would need to set up shell companies to launder the money to keep it in an offshore account, and to even spend the money eg transfers would have to be disguised as trust deposits or loan payments. More trouble than it’s worth, and don’t think whatever drug dealers you stole the money from wouldn’t be following you for the rest of your days.

Assuming you made a clean getaway….If you just hid it, and used the cash (no flashy purchases) you'd get away with it.
It's not that much money, in the grand scheme of things. A person could easily spend that much just eating like a king for the rest of their life.
I'd transfer that **** so fast and spend it on real estate. Mostly apartments for maximum profit lol.
