In Cop Land Harvey Keitel, Arthur J. Nascarella, John Spencer, and Robert Patrick play some very dirty cops. They killed fellow officers, planted evidence, and stole from various people. Sylvester Stallone's character ,who was already half deaf, was made permanently deaf by them.

Gary oldman killed it in leon: the professional. He was so evil. Harvey keitel in cop land, that evil french cop in kiss of the dragon, ricky tan in rush hour 2 and of course denzel in training day.
