I've actually stopped watching movies if any black people feature in them. The only exception to the rule is Shawshank Redemption because it's one of my favs.
I've been sucker punched by too many of these Jordan Peele woke cheesefests that are actually 1/10 movies but folk don't wanna get called racist.

I'm two episodes in an I can't say I'm enjoying it much.
I like the actors, the staging is spot on and it seems to be setting itself up for a reasonably decent Dexter story
That said, pacing is all over the shop. The writing goes from enjoyable to absolute paps and back again to a noticeable degree and the payoff is within a scene or two and so it's the shoddy filler team stepping in to give episodic mulch in a larger story.
They really are going to have Jewish Sherlock do something spectacular pretty soon because so far she noticed some bin bags have red ties on them and nothing else
Great seeing Doakes again. Black might not crack but that guy's ghost has aged
Christian Slater's voice got dubbed in for the word "Father" once. Nice touch
I hope to see lots more of Blessing Kamara, he's the opposite of Debbie and just as much fun.
Setting up is done, time to get in with the cutlery now

I think perhaps you downloaded something altogether different
If you were watching the actual show, as it airs, you'd likely be mentioning how it is all immigrant Uber drivers being beheaded as the introduction to a longer story arc involving serial killers on retention for some reason
Some filler about Harrison (Dexter's son) just starting out and making some mistakes with his own version of justice.
I don't think I saw one Chinese person or one homosexual person in two episodes
But an interesting mistake made by you nonetheless

I'm only on episode 3 and there's already been 2 homosexual Chinamen featuring heavily. Perhaps if there was one it could just be an anomaly - or let's call it a 'woke coincidence'.

There are no Chinese, the gay couple literally have nothing to do with the wider story and as Juan mentioned there is a racist serial killer who kills Uber drivers, you would be 100% be singing his praises calling him a hero.
