As has been noted, "All and all it's a great time to be a comic book fan at the box office."
This much is true and at least we can all agree upon that.

What can I say about the performances? Everybody is great and the chemistry is different between every single lead character. Thats just an exquisite thing to savor because its done right in this case.
Its amazing how they blended the different elements of their own universes together in this movie. They did so with heart and intelligence.

I have to respectfully disagree. It is a decent summer comic book movie and should never be described as a classic. The writing and acting are just okay, nothing special. This movie isn't as good as Star Wars or Raiders.

And as for the final sphere, I can only say it gets harder once the natural communities of college and hometown are goneIt takes work and commitment, demands toleration for human frailties, forgiveness for the inevitable disappointment and betrayals that come even with the best of relationships.

Maybe it doesn't matter which road we embark on. Maybe what matters is that we embark.

For the first couple years you make stuff, its just not that good. Its trying to be good, it has potential, but its not. A lot of people never get past this phase; they quit. We all go through this. And if you are just starting out or you are still in this phase, you gotta know its normal and the most important thing you can do is do a lot of work. It is only by going through a volume of work that you will close that gap, and your work will be as good as your ambitions.

Seriously though, Avengers was an instant classic last year and is now considered simply a classic by most.

Avengers was a TRUE genuine motion picture event. There are so many characters, moving parts and expectations involved in The Avengers that the usual, succinct review system no longer applies. Everyone loved it for a reason. Those that pretend they don't are still the haters from other franchises that got hurt bad by Avengers. We need to look at and judge each aspect of the film in detail to explain why the film works as well as it works and, again, what made this the first genuine motion picture event that EVERYONE loved.

Maybe Days of Future Past or the next Star Wars can match it but I think Avengers Age of Ultron will be the next time we can say this again.

We really owe everything to the Marvel founding fathers and their devotion and drive which led to the opportunities that they never were able to have predicted would be this great.

Avatar is a crap film with a script written by what must have been a ten year old.
