I personally thought they were as good as each other, but this one was funner.

I think they're equally good, though Age of Ultron is more thrilling from start to finish.

AOU was so much better, no one agrees with me but, The actuon was just epic.

            Nope!
I liked the first but the second was awful and mostly boring with tiresome dialogue and endless fightscenes who were badly filmed.
The best and funniest scene in the second was when Hulk came into the plane with Ultron at the end.

I liked the Avengers but I felt they got Cap's character right more in AOU than the Avengers. The Avengers felt more like an intro while AOU felt like it had a little more depth between the characters. I think that AOU will hold up longer the the Avengers.
              But that's just my opinion.

They both have their merits. The Avengers was written by the guy who created Buffy the Vampire Slayer, while AoU was created by the guy who came up with Firefly.

AoU was almost too cerebral compared to this fluffier escapade. Ultron, while tighter knit, isn't quite as re-watchable.
I picked up CW on blu this week, curious for my repeat viewing reaction to that.
