According to the youtube clip of the trailer,they said it would come out on DVD April 9.2009.I hope they're right.

There is a limited theatrical release March 6, 2009. I will see if I can find out a few specific cities.

Bought this one on DVD for just a buck at a local Dollar Tree in Central New Jersey.
