I watched this movie again recently with two of my roommates, and we pointed out plot holes that I didn't notice the first time I watched it.

    1. When changing the tire, the driver mentions he's getting lugnuts. After the bus crushes Matt's hand, they drive off right away and the driver never puts them in, which means the tire would come off while driving and would be somewhat immobile.
    2. Even with Matt somewhat disabled and Andy as a mole, it is still 3.5 to 1 (Matt being the 0.5). The driver would be extremely vulnerable behind the wheel and it would be hard for him to reach for the gun if they unexpectedly bum rush him all at once. If they took control and booted the driver out somehow, Andy wouldn't do anything because now they have the gun and the bus and it's still 3.5 against 1.
    3. Mel signing to the camera in the store when she should be telling the cashier something like "This guy is threatening my friends and I on a shuttle bus. We don't know what his intentions are, but please call the police and tell them to look for a shuttle bus heading down this way. My name is Mel." The driver wouldn't have been able to see her anyway and he would have no idea.
    4. Seth running diagonal to the store when he should be running towards it.
    5. The guy in the car who helps Jules looking straight ahead and somehow not seeing the bus coming toward him.
    6. The bus enduring two high speed crashes (running off the road part and crashing into the wall part) and not taking significant damage.
    7. Mel threatening to cut her face with a glass shard when she should've taken the toilet top and surprise attacked the driver, smashing his head numerous times. Or even when she thought he was dead from the bullet skimming his head she should've continued to smash his head with that fixture thingy.
    8. Not sure if Mel would survive the trip to Asia. The Pacific is 2.5 to 3 times the size of the United States, so your looking at nearly one month of being trapped in a crate. Mel mentioned in the beginnning that her motion sickness pills didn't do beep for her, so she'll likely be puking constantly, which will cause her to lose a lot of hydration, and she only has a limited amount of water in the crate.
