Sleepaway Camp for sure, probably one of the best shocking endings everif not the finest as a whole.
Other honorable mentions:

• The Sixth Sense (yeah, everyone knows the ending, but goddamn I still love it)
• The Vanishing
• Mother's Day (the remake; just going by what I've heard)

I liked The Vanishing, but LOVED the original Spoorloos. See it if you haven't.
