If vegans had the power, would they stop lions hunting antelope, or ants milking aphids for honey dew?

It is not hard to get protein from plants - beans, lentils, soy, seeds, nuts … And the majority of crops that are currently grown are fed to farmed animals rather than to people. All that food grown to plump up cows for your plate could in fact go towards ending human starvation.

You can advocate for this all you want, but you're just wasting your time. We are omnivores: we eat plants AND meat, and this will never change.
This is one of the main differences between Conservatives and Leftists. If a Conservative doesn't believe in eating meat, he/she doesn't. If a Leftist believes this, he/she tries to ban it for everyone else.
BTW, I'm a proud member of PETA: People Eating Tasty Animals.
MAGA! FAFO!
Schrodinger's Cat walks into a bar, and doesn't.
Dumbocraps: evil people who celebrate murder.

Shame conservatives can't take this view when it comes to women's rights. Literally taking away the option for woman to have abortions because they don't believe in a woman having the say in what happens to her own body.

Good luck getting the circa 60 grams of protein you require, without eating meat. Not to mention you're missing out on iron (no, veg doesn't contain the right iron), omega 3, and a myriad of other essential ingredients needed for a human to be at optimal health.
You've been fed a climate change inspired lie. Veganism is an extreme diet that should never be recommended.

Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals.

Supermarkets? Is that where food begins for you?
Food begins in an area inhabited by a diverse group of animals, from birds, insects, and rodents, to foxes, badgers, and a host of others. This land is pared back to bare soil, causing the ecosystem to go into shock as every creature that once lived there flees and has to fight to exist on new lands already occupied by other animals.
The farmer proceeds to plant the seeds, and takes proactive measures to keep any animals from returning and eating the crops, also killing billions of insects to ensure they too don't destroy the crops.
Life is a competition. If you don't want to do what's required to win, that's fine, but don't complain when others step up and take all the prizes.
Vegans are invariably socialists, climate change alarmists, feminists, and all the other clueless groups that only exist because they've never had to live in reality.

I've met plenty of twats who are vegans and so I don't take the label as anything other than what someone chooses to eat or not.
On the odd chance that people's thoughts over the animal kingdom come up I'll happily engage with them and try to find some common ground.
As it is though I think meat is the means to best give people what they need for a full a healthy life, animal products are also required for the same reasons and that they are treated better as livestock than they ever have in the past (Well, at last since cities cropped up).
That all said and done, I do see a future where animals won't be required to fulfil all the requirements of human nutritional health and so there will be less of them and that will bring its own problems. But they will be very different problems then.
Now onto non-vegans, plenty of twats amongst them too
