You shouldn’t, he involved himself in a criminal case as basically a vigilante where he knew he was going after his own brother in law. He should’ve handed off the case to his superiors and then try looking after Marie and Skylar and the kids.
Instead his own obsession with taking down “Heisenberg” after being fooled by Walt for so many years clouded his judgement and fed into his egotistical crusade for revenge.
He was as bad as Walt in a way, and basically got himself and Gomez killed.
Doubt any of that will register in your brain tho.
