Upon re-watching the series, the action scenes are god awful.

i love this show, i have few ranked higher (the Wire, Fargo, Chernobyl) but for the love of god some of the action/shoot out scenes are terrible.
the scene where the twins come after hank…I mean come on. the incredibly annoying cliché of the bad guy giving the good guy just enough time to turn the tables. The scene in better call saul where nacho is chased by the twins. the shootout with hank, gomey and the gang. the gus and lalo scene……..PLEASE re watch these scenes and tell me they match the rest of this unbelievably well made series. it doesnt make any sense to me. -

I liked the scene where Hank takes out the twins because of the tension and how it all happens in an everyday supermarket parking lot.
But yeah, the rest of the action scenes were pretty naff, don’t even get me started on the finale with the machine gun

None of it was as stupid as how he takes out a whole gang with a home made gun turret in the finale.
All this smart writing and in the end his ultimate plan is a lazily written load of overly convenient nonsense.
Also his family all suck and Jesse is an annoyingly predictable bitch.
Good show though.
