How did Walt know this number when Saul gave it to Jesse? Don't burner phones have different numbers?

When Jesse storms off Saul's office after beating him up and stealing his car keys, we see Saul calling Walt telling him they've got a "big problem". I assume Saul gave him Jesse's number for Walt to call him and try to control the situation.
Do you even know what honor is?- A horse.
