I agree. She was very annoying and didn't listen to Liam when he said Kim would be in danger. If this was real life the mom still wouldn't have a clue even after her daughter was kidnapped and would still be a b*tch to the dad.

If this was real life Kim and Amanda would have had a fantastic time following U2 around Europe. I think a lot of the hate against the Mother in this movie is the result of good old fashioned American paranoia!

Sure, if this was real that could've happened. They could've also gotten food poisoning on the plane flight and never made it to the tour. What's your point? My comment was based on the events of the movie, and the wife acting that way WAS realistic ( I've seen American women act this way many times) so that's where I'm coming from. Hopefully women are more civilized where you live.

Totally agree, americans are so paranoid. Have to sleep with bats under the bed and knives under the pillows to feel "safe" yet like 90% of them don't have a simple alarm system installed in their homes. Bunch of weirdos.
