β 6 years ago(May 08, 2019 10:34 PM)Thereβs several theories out there , one is that Dario Naharis has infiltrated the Golden company and they are going to turn on Cersei.
Another theory is based on the episode 5 preview: that a dormant Dragon is going to return and help Dany .The candidate is Cannibal, who survived the dance of dragons and vanished years ago.
Emilia Clarke when asked about this episode told people βfind the biggest tv you canβ , so obviously you can expect something wild is coming. But If they bring in new dragons out of nowhere the fans are going to complain that Daenerys got a cheap and easy victory so Iβm adamantly against that.

Well⦠pretty much every battle has been ended by a deus ex machina. Battle of the Bastards was won by the Knights of the Vale joining the battle at the last second, Jon was saved by his uncle at the last second when that little squad he was leading went past the wall to get a wight, Bran was saved at the last second by Arya during the Battle of Winterfell.
It's safe to assume that some bullshit will be why the army of the North will win this upcoming battle.
So sayeth Rocket.

β 6 years ago(May 08, 2019 10:55 PM)I agree with you but I believe some scenarios are more egregious than others. A new dragon appearing and somehow deciding to help Daenerys is way too convenient.
