Dany: A mad conquerer with a god complex.
Brienne: Basically a serial killer
Catelyn: Her decisions are what led to Ned, Robb and Rickon being killed.
Tyrion: Killed Tywin and thus plunged the realm into more chaos

She doesn't care about innocents. Only her goals. She was ok with innocents being murdered and raped so she could have an army. She even then suggested that the rape victims be the wives of the rapists as to make herself feel like a less terrible person. She didn't free the slaves because she wanted better lives for them. She freed the slaves because it gave her an army and their loyalty. If she did she would've come up with alternative ways of life for the people and would've actively tried to rule the city she conquered. Instead she spent all her time messing around with a sleezy mercenary and playing queen by introducing herself to every goat farmer and former slave as a paragraph of long winded titles and then complained how much time having court took up. Everything she has done has been completely selfish. She just likes having the appearance of being noble and caring. Almost everyone of her actions proves other wise.

Dany is about unleash Dragons and a hoard of bloodthirsty savages on a war ravaged continent because she believes she is entitled to it.
Hardly caring for the innocents is it.
