Which one and why do you want it to be true?
Which tinfoil theory do you NOT want to be true because it would be utter nonsense in every way?

This is a book one: I think Rhagaer being Mance would be awesome. They say Robert burned his body, but it could be that he just burned somebody glammored as Rhagaer because the real Rhagaer never fought Robert. We have seen this happen when Mel burned a fake Mance in the books.
Jumping the shark theory: As much as I think it is funny, I pray Varys isn't a Mermaid. If he is anything I hope he is a Blackfyre. -

So he can swim. I'm a mermaid too!
His having secret doorways at the bottom of wells doesn't mean he's a Merling. He just can swim and knows no one will look there. -

Nobody thinks he is getting healed by UNICORNS! That is just ABSURD! It is okay to believe he gets healed in a more practical manner though.
I used to love the theory about Jorah becoming a stone man who wasn't corrupted mentally by the disease. This would allow him the be a dragon rider because the stone skin when fully developed would be resistant to fire. Would have been jumping the shark, but it would have been badass.

The show rarely quotes from the book with unnecessary pieces of dialogue so his response 'Youd be surprised at the results' line in the show really made this rumor blow up. Anyone remember the episode number?

Aliens from indiana jones and kingdom of the crystal skull appear in a UFO out of nowhere and wipe everybody out. although the aliens had meant to save her because they thought her to be one of their own childs, Aryan accidentally gets killed when the spaceship lands on top of her in a fantastic homage to The Wiz. And we also get a quick shot of those short little midgety hairy things from the southoros jungles dying because that would be interesting to see.

I really want half-human, half-fish squishers (referenced in The World of Ice and Fire and hinted at in the books), linked to the mysterious, ancient, oily, black stone structures and tied to Cthulu-esque monster dieties, to play a role in the end game.
