It sounds offensive when said to gays and in fact it's mostly said to them as a derogatory term, it's like you calling a black guy a slave, let's say you have 2 friends, 1 white and 1 black, if you call a white guy a slave it won't be offensive even though white people have been slaves too the focus of slavery remains on black people, if you say a black guy is your slave it will seem offensive.

1.) obviously calling anyone a filthy cock sucker is offensive.
2.) not comparable to slavery. Unless I missed some history classes, we never kidnapped gay people and forced them into the fields to pick cottonunless that's why Lincoln was so anti slavery

I wasn't saying it's as worst as slavery, i was just making a comparison, if you call a white guy a slave it will seem it's just a joke, but if you call a black guy a slave it will make you look racist, the same goes to the case Dogg is presenting.

Well, back in 1930s and 1940s, many gay/lesbians were kidnapped/arrested for no apparent reason and went through series of intense torture such as lobotomy, castration, and electroshock therapy (also known as conversion therapy) in attempt to convert into straight individual because homosexuality is seen as mental illness, the kind that make you like wrong type of people, or so they think. Also, recently, Mike Pence wants that to happen again, if that's true. If this continues, it's going to be repeat of 1930s and 1940s.
Though, the conversion therapy didn't work, as confirmed by many scientists, because it's something you born with. It might be effective on bisexuals, but on pure/full homosexual, nope. It's already done.
Though, I've been wonderingthere are rumors that two presidents in the past were gay and others may have been married to women to conceal their true sexual orientation. Sadly, we'll never know. It'd be funny if that turned out to be true.
