Cersei will die at season seven's endhow better do you imagine it executed?
By the beginning of the final, eighth season, Danaerys will sit on the Iron Throne with the help of Jon (who has no desire for such a position). However, the imminent White Walker threat will plague Westeros and the entire final season, and Jon will have learned by this point (or will learn in the final season) of his true heritage and pose some kind of threat to Dany. By the end, the White Walkers will be dealt with and Dany will be as well, and I believe Jon will sit atop the Iron Throne.
How this comes to pass I am unsure. For people who at least marginally agree with this outline, this is where I ask your opinion.

Unfortunately, this looks very lacking. Start from scratch.
      Who reads to you?

I believe with some of what you said, just not in the timeframe you stated. I believe Cersei will be killed by Jaime, but I believe she will die in Season 8. Dany & Jon will have to work together (hence the title A Song of Ice and Fire) to defeat the white walkers. I do believe that by Season 8's finale Jon will be atop the Iron Throne, but I believe that Daenerys will be next to him. If Daenerys does die, I see nothing preventing Jon from abandoning his Targaryen lineage and returning to the North to rule until he dies.

I think Cersei will die early in season 8 -probably the 2nd episode- and then the rest of the season will focus on Jon / Dany / the White Walker situation. Dany will die, that's a sure thing imo. Apart from that, I'm not really sure, but I expect it to be a pretty dark season -probably the darkest stuff ever on TV with a "hold the door" moment in every episode. I'm looking forward to it

I really hope they don't make the final big battle like the second to last episode. It will be very hard to wrap up every major and prominent minor character. Unless they all die. Oh.
