Don't be such a spineless lowlife reductive twat desperate to defend an oligarch in an at best contrarian hipster way. There's huge and obvious differences: Trump is a president and depended upon to set an example publicly, Polanski makes movies and allegedly had sex with an underaged girl. The things Streep noted were done in public, on camera, undeniable, and by the leader of a mob.

Trump is a jackass, no doubt. But I gotta admit I'm sick of these smug, egotistical rich liberals trying to tell the rest of us what to think. What, because she plays characters in movies she understands them? Bullsh!t. Streep has no clue what it's like to be a blue collar family that has to watch their money and worry about paying their bills. The last person I want telling me how to think and vote is an elite Hollywood snobby bitchespecially one who thinks pedophelia is something to celebrate just because the offender is an "artist."
Whores will have their trinkets. -

Polanski DRUGGED and RAPED an underage girl. And was convicted of these crimes.
If she gives a standing ovation to a convicted child rapist, then I have absolutely no respect for her on a personal levelor for her irrelevant opinions.
She should stick to actingshe actually knows something about that. Politicsnot so much. -

Are you f-cking kidding me? There's
NOTHING
alleged about this, the guy outright confessed to it even. Seriously. You can condemn Trump without standing up for and defending a guy that raped an underage girl like you're doing for some utterly insane reason -

Woody Allen and Trump belong in jail along with Polanski.
js
ETA and Nate Parker can join join them in the fricking jail cell.
and oh hey, which one is the president-elect of the United States, the most powerful country in the world? And the rest are what, artistic felons fighting for relevancy? -

I can understand people hating on celebrities for their voicing their opinions, I guess, but for the muthafookers dissing "out of touch" "rich celebrities" you just elected an out of touch rich celebrity for President. Hypocrisy at it's finest.
