I have read on this board things about Maisie Williams being somewhat arrogant in articles/interviews, and that she comes across as full of herself and self-important at times. Is that really the perception of her, and if so, then how so? I don't actually click on links on here, so that's why I haven't read anything specific myself.
Is Sophie the same way, or similar? I haven't read much about either of them or what they have said, so I don't know how their real life personas are.
As for their characters - who do people prefer or like better, Sansa or Arya? I personally love Sansa and love her storyline. I have gotten bored with Arya ever since S2, when she was escaping and going from one place to another with her various companions. Whenever the scene changes to Arya's storyline, I almost moan and get bored. I love when the scene changed back to Sansa's storyline - I thought all her scenes/storyline were very interesting (full disclosure, I have three episodes left to watch before I am caught up through S6)
Who is considered the "better" actress of the two? I know Maisie was nominated for recent Emmy (along with Emilia and Lena), so is she normally considered the better actress of the two (between Maisie and Sophie), or is that just typical Hollywood politics since she maybe had more screen time, or her scenes were considered more challenging, etc.
I also think Sophie herself is so beautiful. Maisie is a pretty girl in her own right, but Sophie is just stunning. What do people think of them in real life, outside of the show - what are their personas like (such as are either considered airheads, smart, pompous, silly, etc.)? -

I think Sophie is able to convey a lot without words (crucial for Sansa who was a capitve until season 6). More than almost anyone else in show. I won't say one is better than the other but I'm in the vast minority for thinking they are equal. Most give it to Maisie. I think it's unfair as Arya is a much showier character.
Interesting. I'm definitely more intrigued with Sansa myself. And I agree - Sophie does a great job conveying a lot of emotions and thoughts without words. -

I don't follow kids on social media but according to what has been reported here, they seem sweet and behave like others in that age bracket.
I still prefer Arya over Sansa, I was impressed about Arya's interactions with Tywin, Gendry Sandor and Jaquen. Plus she kills bad people just like Dany, that is so awesome.
But Sansa's close, how she manipulated Joffrey, Ramsay, Lysa and Jon was not so bad either.
Acting-wise it's Maisie, considering she's a bit younger.

They both seem like nice people, and come off great compared to other child stars (though who knows, a few years down the road).
As for characters, I'll still say Arya, but her storyline has taken a definite turn for the worst, while it's the opposite for Sansa. So they could switch quite easily in my mind in future episodes.
In terms of acting, Maisie has the edge for me, though I think Sophie has a more difficult role to play, and she has improved vastly since S1. They are pretty much even.
