I never said they could not also have privilege. The point is blacks aren't the primary beneficiaries of affirmative action as some would have us believe. We never hear anyone complain about white women utilizing those policies for their advantage. There is a double standard in place as far as who benefits the most from AA.

You don't have to believe me. The evidence is readily available all over the internet. All you have to do is Google it. He didn't because of he were some run of the mill hood black guy he wouldn't have been acquitted. It was rich celebrity privilege working in his favor.

He was acquitted because the prosecution ****ed up and the cops were lazy and thought they had a slam dunk case, and decided to plant evidence
Also the lead detective was caught on tape going on a racist tirade which was shown to the black jury
Also the jury was deadlocked for a year and just wanted the case to be over with

You're right about that. Also, nobody was gonna convict a black guy of killing a white woman right after the riots caused by the Rodney King verdict. If the trial had been held in NYC instead of L.A., O.J. would have probably been found guilty of murder.
