You're right about that. Also, nobody was gonna convict a black guy of killing a white woman right after the riots caused by the Rodney King verdict. If the trial had been held in NYC instead of L.A., O.J. would have probably been found guilty of murder.

If what the OP is proposing was true more blacks would get off for their crimes due to the color of their skin but statistics show us this is not the case. There is no privilege within a court setting that favors blacks.

Evidence? What statistics have you used? I don't think anybody captures the statistics you would need to make that claim.
You would need to know the nature of the crime, the race of the accused, the race of the victim(s), the evidence gathered in that case and its weight, the motivations of the judge and their race, the motivations of the jury and their race, the motivations of the arresting officers and their race, the motivations of the investigating officers and their race, the outcome of each case, the outcome of any retrials, the media perception, the community perception, and on and on and on and on.
Until you can provide hard evidence to convince me otherwise, this was a classic case of black privilege.
